The Motive Card or the Motive Fleet Card, is given to drivers of the fleet, to manage their day to day expenses. This comes with various benefits for the company:

• Spend Management: Drivers use the card for daily expenses such as fuel, parking or tolls. The card allows you to view all the spendings of the driver and decide on a certain limit. This allows you to control the expenses of your drivers.
• Fraud Detection: Detect a fraud as soon as it happens. Since the Motive card is connected to the Motive platform, it will allow you to see the location of the driver and the place where a transaction is made. If there is no correlation between the both, you can immediately block the card and raise a dispute.
• IFTA Ready: All the fuel spends and expenses from the Motive Card can be directly pulled to create a instant IFTA report, that you can use to file IFTA taxes.
