OEM Entities refer to the data provided by the OEMs or the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This typically involves providing telematics data directly from the vehicles. This telematics data is collected by the vehicle gateway which is connected to the vehicle's onboard computer.

Fetch a list of all the company's OEM entities
- Endpoint: v1/oem_entities
- Purpose: Use this endpoint to fetch a list of all the OEM entities that are connected to the vehicle gateways, or just fetch a single OEM entity, using the
equipment_id
