New v2 Vehicle Utilization endpoint

We have added a new endpoint which is the v2 of the vehicle utilization API.
Endpoint Details
- Method: GET
- URL: https://api.gomotive.com/v2/vehicle_utilization
- Purpose: View the summary of the utilization of your vehicles. This endpoint, provides a report or data overview that tracks how efficiently and effectively vehicles within a fleet are being utilized.
For the v2 endpoint, you are required to query for the vehicle utilization using updated date parameters:
- start_at – ISO8601 datetime for beginning of the period.
- end_at – ISO8601 datetime for end of the period.
