Fuel Purchase endpoints now support Fluidsecure & Fleetcor as payment sources

With this update, Motive supports Fluidsecure and Fleetcore, as the payment source for the following fuel purchase endpoints:

• Create a new fuel purchase transaction
• Import fuel purchases via CSV upload
