API access for card transactions

Hello

We are a procurement solution provider and our client would like to use our solution to integrate their spend and card transactions directly into our product.

I will look over the API, but our main objectives are -

to be able to register each fleet card in our solution (PCI is a concern, we are not PCI compliant)
to receive notifiications and webhooks when a transaction is authorized and settled

Does the Motive API support this?
