New endpoint for listing reefer's sensor samples

We have added a new endpoint that allows customers to list an asset's (reefer) sensor samples.
What is a sensor sample?
A sensor sample is a single, time-stamped reading that captures the sensor’s current state — i.e., the environmental conditions at that moment (for example, temperature in °C, humidity in %, and optionally the sample’s location).

- Purpose: The primary purpose of this API is to return all the sensor samples for a series of assets inside a time range. The api will just ignore any unknown assets and only return data on the ones that exist.
